We do not charge a maintenance fee, monthly fee or "per doctor" fee and setup is free for providers! However, we do charge a one-time setup fee of $95 for billing centers (Enrollment is now free for all clients!!! ) and then our very low per claim rates from that point on. There is no obligation, no contract to sign, no monthly surcharge and no minimum claim amount required. Telephone support, client software, modem-to-modem file transfers and your personal online claim creation tool (or claim management web site interface) are free of charge. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may quit at any time.
