DeltaDental of MN:
They will continue to mail a paper EOB with the provider payment. They will also send an 835 to the provider through Ltc, Inc. to conform to the MN law. The provider can stop the paper EOB but not the electronic 835. Providers are currently receiving ERAs when required automatically.
